Dr Torres is always pleasant, thorough and I always enjoy my appointments with her. Highly recommend!!

The central scheduling system to schedule with travel med was horrible. The first time I didn't get a human after 20 minutes. The second time I was on the phone with a scheduler from someplace totally unfamiliar with Aurora Baycare medical center. She put me on four lengthy holds for 30 minutes while trying to figure out how to schedule me. I eventually had something urgent and hung up. I finally got scheduled only because I am an Aurora MD and was able email Dr Torres, who easily arranged an appointment. My wife had the exact same experience. This system does not reflect well on Aurora. Patients are being disrespected and some are probably giving up trying to get care or going elsewhere. At a minimum the patient's and aurora's times are being wasted. AAH should b embarrassed by this.
