Dr. Franz is wonderful. She took her time with me and answered all of my questions. In general, providers are getting less time for patients. Allowing more time might make providers jobs a bit easier and not feel like they need to rush to the next patient. Especially if patients arrive late, leaving less time for subsequent patients. Feeling overworked sucks the fun out of helping people and does a number on ones mental health. Dr. Franz deserves the same quality care and compassion she provides to us during our visits.

The appointment with the doctor was held in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The doctor listened carefully to my questions and provided comprehensive answers. I received useful recommendations for further follow-up and prevention. In general, I was satisfied with the visit. I plan to continue to visit this specialist in the future. 1st appointment and am pleased with the time she took to address my questions and concerns. And also updated my medical chart and went thru it to make sure its correct. Felt at ease and left feeling like I was taken care of. Also the Place was nice and clean. And medical assistant was pleasant as well.

I was treated with care and compassion by Katherine Franz. I did not feel rushed or unheard by her. I will definitely keep seeing her in the future.

Frustrated with the user journey for any online care needed from Aurora. ACL lab information is wrong on LiveWell. Was turned away from a walk in lab clinic. Another stated it was open and when I arrived it was closed. Not confident I want to continue my care with Aurora.

She is great, very happy with how personable she is and helpful.
