I am not a big fan of going to a doctor because many of them follow a "cookie cutter" approach to medicine. My husband was very surprised when I came home and said I would actually listen to Dr. Christopherson. She listened, understood where I was coming from and what my goals were. I was given choices based on our discussion, something that didn't happen with my previous doctor. Her explanations were very thorough and she didn't talk down to me.
