I was penalized and lectured (so to speak) for arriving late to an appointment with this provider. I was late, through what happens in life. I was on time for my appointment yesterday, and waited 45 to 50 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. This was the second time that I waited more than 40 minutes past my appointment time in the course of care. Apparently it is OK for you to be late, but God forbid that I am late.

Dr Derosa is exceptional and I drive a good distance to stay with her. I'm so lucky to have found such an exemplary doctor for my concerns- she listens, she troubleshoots with me, and she's a teammate. I know she cares about her patients' health.
