Very kind.. I was very anxious, and Katie helped me get through my appointment with ease. I didn't get the ladies name that brought me back to the room , but she was also very kind and made me relax a bit.

Katelyn was very professional and gentle in draining a cyst I had on my nose. She explained the procedure and the 2 ways she might have to remove it. So far the draining has worked. She also advised how to keep it clean. I really like her.
