Dr Scigacz it's very attentive and listens to you. She offers help and solutions and also has hard conversations when there are medical issues that you need to address such as weight. But if she does it in a very tactful way. And she's encouraging.

Not a fan of managements new call center . It delays access to Doctors'& making appointments! Also makes it look like Drs. Don't care which I know they do! Bad idea!!! You feel less connected to your Dr. with Call center!!

Dr. Scigacz always gives me the time that I require to get the proper answers to all of my questions. She explains things to me until she is sure I understand her responses.
