I am a retired nurse and I expect the healthcare system to do it's best to be attentive to the people it serves. I was being seen because of several days of high fevers so I did not feel my best. I came into the office and only saw one women behind the desk waiting on a patient so I stood off to the side waiting for my turn. Another patient came in and went over to a different window and was waited on. I never saw anyone sitting at the other windows. The women at the first window seemed annoyed and looked up at me telling me that I could be helped at the other window. I said I didn't see that there was anybody available at the other windows. The women over to the right waited on me and there was another women to her left that had waited on the previous patient. Again I did not feel good and I was annoyed that these two workers should of been more attentive to patients coming in because the first worker was busy with a patient. The worker that waited on me did her job of signing me in and nothing more. I expect better !

I love Dr Scigacz and her staff. She listens carefully and answers your questions fully. I asked for some of her business cards because I was very impressed with her, and gave them to some of my friends who are going to make appointments to see her also. Very happy.

Thoroughly answered all my questions. Was very professional and helpful.
