Karen Hegmann is a wonderful provider with amazing bedside manners. Her medical assistant however, was not personable bordering on rude.

Dr Hegmann is very pleasant knowledge always answer all my questions. She is always very helpful with my concerns. She is awesome!!!

When I called to make the appointment it seemed to go to a central call center. Then that call center patched me through to the Menomonee Falls Location. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Why can't we call directly to the location that we want to make an appointment with our doctor. I called right at 8:00 and had to wait on hold quite a while to talk to someone at this call center, then after I was connected to the location, I had to wait to talk to a person to get connected to the desk by my doctor. I called at 8:00 am and didn't get to the person who schedules the appointment until 8:07 am. GET RID OF THIS INITIAL CALL CENTER. ITS A WASTE OF TIME. AND BEING ONE OF AURORA's CUSTOMERS, I DON'T WANT TO BE PAYING FOR SOMEONE TO DO THIS. VERY INEFFICIENT.

Dr. Hegmann listens to my concerns and keeps me up to date on labs, vaccines and regular tests, mammogram when needed.
