My primary doctor was not available because I had to move my appointment. I saw a nurse practitioner instead, and she was wonderful also.

Answered all of my questions. She was very kind and patient.

Kandise was kind, understanding and very helpful. She made sure I understood everything and reassured me that I should reach out with ANY concerns or questions!

It's always disappointing when a patient can't see their primary care provider, but I wish I would've known to pursue this option rather than make repeated trips to walk-in care. In the future, if my PCP is not available, I will definitely request Kandise. She was very thorough, and explored options for my asthma management today that minimized the risk of problems like I've had in the past.
