Kaitlyn was extreme professional, knowledgeable and personable.

This was the first time I was seen by Kaitlyn. She was able to give pain relief and referral.

I inquired about an appointment and was offered to meet with a Nurse Practitioner the same day. I was impressed with the fact she looked back at some of my medical history and was prepared to discuss my current problem in context to the history of it. She also confirmed with me that I felt like we had a plan to address my issue moving forward. Only suggestion. Provider encouraged me to provide updates after the weekend. I would have liked to provide them via this Live Well platform. Unless I missed it ...it was not an option so my only way to apprise them of my current status was via phone. Thank you
