Reception needs to be streamlined. I entered the building for the first time and went to the reception desk. The person there was taking information from a patient about insurance and other data. All I needed was to know where my Dr was located. After about 5 minutes I decided to explore the wings and see if I could find my Dr without any assistance. I did and got checked in on time. Otherwise very good experience!

Dr. Yoon was pushy, manipulative and unkind. He did not hear my concerns and dismissed my input regarding my care. He recommended an ultrasound before even palpating my thyroid. He recommended I get an Endocrinologist in another network when I declined another ultrasound because of the cost for me. He appeared very annoyed that I declined an ultrasound with my stated reasons.
