It was my first time meeting Dr. Chau. He was so warm & friendly. Immediately put me at ease.

Friendly, knowledgeable. I learned more about my past cancer treatment than I had known and it was most interesting.i felt very at ease with Dr Chau and the front desk receptionist helped me with the phone as I couldn't hear the person making my MRI appointment. She and Dr Chau were great.

I was pleased with Dr Chau. He's friendly and established eye contact. He voiced empathy and explained my health concerns and used a visual illustrstion. He makes me if I understood and used examples to explain. He definitely thoroughly reviewed my file and discussed options to approach my health concerns. I was very satisfied with his approach. He referred me for additional follow up, tests, and more. I would definitely refer others to him for care.
