Dr. Chau has an outstanding manor with patients.He was prepared for the appointment. He had plotted a number of blood test results on a spread sheet before the appointment. He had analyzed the #'s and reviewed them us.I was very impressed and think my wife felt at ease with him.

A very positive experience. Dr. Chau was kind and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I did think some of the nursing staff could have been dressed in a more professional manner. Some of them looked quite messy.
