The 3 individuals of the medical staff that addressed my medical needs were excellent. The young woman that was in the reception office needs to be a tad more tolerant with patients that only have a confirmation text with an address with a suite # and a time for the apt. No. Dr. Name was specified . Only 1 Dr. Name on the entry door. That's the name I mentioned. He apparently was in Libertyville so I was in the wrong place. So I showed her my text and she seemed agitated because she had to stop socializing with her co worker.

I really appreciated the time that Dr. Makda, took to explain everything very clearly.

The doctor advised PT. He gave me an order to do so. I haven't contacted the place where I usually go at this time. Between my husband and I it seems like the calendar is full of too many doctor appointments at this time.

Everyone was friendly and Dr. Makda took the time to listen to my concerns and plans for surgery. The appointment did not feel rushed.

Post Covid I have resumed my preoperative knee replacement
