I was surprised but pleased to have met with Dr. Makda's PA. She was was knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, patient, and willing to take the time required to answer all my questions.

For a busy surgeon, the Dr. took the time to review the MRI, answer my questions and tell me what my options are. I appreciate his support and clear options.

The entire appointment was great. Fast and no issues whatsoever.

I was the last appointment for the day and was left in the examining room for 15 minutes until I heard a vacuum. I was waiting for the knee replacement folder. The front office staff was gone but the cleaning crew was there! Someone finally noticed me as they were checking rooms. I missed my next appointment. Still waiting for a call back from the scheduling office. There must be some protocol so none is left by themselves in the office. Doubt it will again, but still a little unnerving, what if I needed stitches out?

Got the appointment for the same week. Appointment was done in timely manner.Doctor explained everything very clearly. Nurses were also nice and very helpful. Thank you
