I am new to Aurora. Had hip surgery and followed through with Julianne Sauer. She and all the other staff were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby, waiting areas & rooms.

Julianne Sauer is top-notch. She is great to talk to and is always kind, professional, efficient, supportive, takes the time to listen, is helpful and extremely skilled. She's upbeat and positive. No one gives cortisone shots like she does! She's a real pro.
