Dr. Julie was very apologetic about my wait time. My issue is not with her it's with scheduling. My daughter appointment was double booked with another patient who had the same appointment time. Also Dr. Julie M. stated that there were teen patients who were scheduled that took longer than expected. If teen patients require more time then maybe they should be scheduled on certain days and not on days when she has 15-30 minutes appointments scheduled.
It's always a pleasure working with Dr. M. and her team in regards to my daughter's Healthcare needs.

I waited almost 2 hours after my appointment time to be seen by the Dr. No apology or explanation given. But if I'm more than 15 mins late I have to reschedule.
