Advocate Aurora needs to allocate more than 15 minutes for injury/illness appointments.

Dr Brandies is a caring doctor that listens to your concerns and gives recommendations or refer you to someone else who could help.

The organization of the call center delivering and returning messages, navigating the app on the phone with me, as well as scheduling and moving up my appointment was seamless. The wait time on the day of my appointment as well as the wait time for all of the test results ......minimal.....very quick turn around. I am a first time patient choosing Advocate and Dr. Brandies as my primary care doctor .....after taking the time and comparing many in my insurance network. Being overdue for a physical, I was a little anxious. My first experience with the Advocate providers at this location was wonderful. All associates and clinicians were kind and helpful. Dr. Brandies took much time to ask and answer questions. She has a caring rapport. I am happy with my primary care doctor choice!
