She was wonderful. She explained things clearly so that I would understand.

My comment pertains to the lab not my dr or staff. Is there a better way to drop off specimens rather than wait for your name among those getting blood draws etc. while the lab staff if fine it seems there could be a more efficient way to just make a drop.
