Usually I like my provider, but this time I was upset. I waited 45-55 minutes in the exam room, so by the time she came in I was frustrated. It would be nice if after waiting 15 minutes someone would come in and tell you that the doctor is running late. By the time she came in I needed to get the exam over because I needed to be at another appointment. I realize that her prior patient might have taken longer but I would have liked to have been told.

Dr. Sheehan is the best PcP I could ask for. She's worth waiting to be seen when she's running behind. She's not a "catch and release" doctor - she takes her time with her patients, because she cares. That's why I don't mind waiting - because she's the very best. Thank you Dr. Sheehan!
I have a high level of confidence in Dr. Sheehan. She explains things very thoroughly in and is always thinking ahead about my conditions and next steps.
My wait was long. It's hard to wait for an hour. Then another half hour on the table with just a gown on. You could tell her day was long. Although all my needs were addressed. I felt it could have gone better. I felt like I didn't want to make her day any more difficult than it was, I was anxious to leave. Overall I do believe she's a good doctor. Staying on schedule would make it a better experience.
Dr Sheehan is a very thorough and caring doctor. She takes the time to listen and gives the best advice and care possible.
