As always I came away much relieved
I waited an hour for my appointment and another 1/2 hour before I got to see the doctor. All she did was listen to my heart and refer me to a podiatrist. She did not go over the results of the blood tests.
I sat in the waiting room for a little over an hour before being taken to the exam room. If they want you to get there 15 minutes before your appointment time and that check in takes a whole 2 minutes and then you wait another hour that's a little irritating. Once the nurse left the exam room I waited another half hour before I saw my provider. I got there at 9:55 and didn't leave the clinic until around noon. Way too long!!
She talked about herself mostly.
We are very pleased with our provider and she is always helpful. I am not thrilled with the Live Well app. I cannot view my son's after visit summary- so I only know what my son told me as I was not present at the visit and had requested a phone call for a brief summary (which did not happen).
