I wish I had been provided with 100 % open and honesty up front. All information presented as a fact not as an option, what she all knew would be needed for surgery . My husband and I thought plastic surgeon for breast reconstruction was an option when in fact it really isn't based on the need of radiation therapy. I was told I didn't need an Mri and then I did. If not all the info is available then maybe it should have been said these are the things that have been done in the past. Or this is what the breast tumor board usually recommends , or wait until after the board meets to meet with patient. The schuduler worked very hard to get me in for the Mri so at least I was able to get that done in a timely fashion and I thanked her for that. My husband and I are frustrated at how this all works. This is ,as a retired RN, what frustrated me the most during my almost 48 years in nursing.
Dr. Kepple is wonderful - it was obvious throughout the appt that she cares deeply about her patients and is willing to take the time to understand me as a whole human.
It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Kepple because she cares about one's individual needs and concerns.

Couldn't have asked for a more positive experience considering the diagnosis. The dr and staff were above average in caring and explaining what would be happening. I left office visit feeing listened to ,and I also listened and heard what I needed to proceed .
This was my first visit with Dr. Kepple. She explained things so thoroughly about the mammogram and biopsy results in ways that I could understand. She spent a good deal of time with me and I never felt rushed. I feel confident that I am in good hands going forward with her course of action.
Dr Kepple is a wonderful doctor. She is kind and caring, a great listener, explains things to me thoroughly and is always encouraging. I actually look forward to my visits with her! I truly appreciate her and the excellent care I've received from her.
