Dr. Joy Iskandar was very professional. She listened to my concerns, was very patient and displayed understanding in my situation. She listened and allowed me to talk and ask lots of questions, to which she responded with the necessary information.

She was on time and spent an appropriate amount of time checking my problems and asking questions I wish that I would have been able to schedule an appointment earlier. If not at this location but another location would have worked but the online scheduling didn't recommend a different location so I would get in sooner

My provider was wonderful as usual. My experience before seeing her was questionable. While efficient, the PSR was not in the friendliest of moods and did not set a nice tone for the check-in experience. The MA while very friendly decided to ask me personal medical questions that had nothing to do with my visit. I was very friendly with her and congratulated her on what she chose for herself; however, upon reflection, it was not appropriate. I love friendly banter and talking with other Advocate teammates, yet this was a bit beyond that with unsolicited "advice". The waiting room itself did look a lot cleaner than past time.
