I understand a wait in the doctors office especially if an appointment is running long or there is an emergency. However, I had been in an exam room 30 minutes without seeing either the PA or doctor. I would have appreciated someone stopping by and you simply touching base. I did appreciate being asked if I felt safe in my environment- why aren't all appointments asking this important question?
