great visit

Very disappointed that the visual field test was not performed as part of this visit. Now I need a second appointment and another $200 office visit fee to get a test that has always been completed during the initial visit. Terrible.

Nurse did not introduce herself by name - I had to ask. Waited 30 minutes after initial history with no check in to let me know. I found the nurse to make sure I wasn't forgotten.
