I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hrs for an ongoing medical issue I had been trying to deal with through another provider.
Dr. Shea listens to his patients and addresses all needs. He really cares about the health of the mother and child.

He's a gynecologist, but has twice suggested things to me based on "That's what I do/that's what works for me". He doesn't provide additional explanation. This visit, he asked if I took a certain vitamin, I told him I did. He said I could take "x" amount of this vitamin (I do), but when I asked why, he said "That's what I take". Well, congratulations, that's not really an answer. It's extra frustrating because he is a male doctor in a specialty that focuses on women's health. Not the greatest.
As ER visits go, this one was very efficient and well managed.
I am thankful for the time and compassion that my provider gives me. The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure needs are met and I leave with an understanding of future plans of care. Thank you!
I wish the Drs had even 5 more minutes for appointments as it always feels like they are in such a rush to get to the next patient
