I have one suggestion - it would be very helpful there could be an automated process to put in an order for the fasting labs a few weeks prior to the appointment. Then a reminder could be sent out to schedule the lab appointment. I almost forgot to ask about that - just remembered a few days before the appointment. Luckily, I was able to get the labs done before the physical.
