The new phone system your are using is not good. You used to be able to call your doctors office and speak with his staff. People who know you and can easily handle if want to leave a message answer questions or make an appt. Now you get a call center. I waited 28 minutes to talk to someone then got cut off had to call back and wait anoter26 minutes to get someone. I was trying to get an answer from doctor if I needed to come in or not. The call center finally took down my message and said someone would call me back. this was at noon. I got a call back at 11:00 at night. this person wanted to go over all my symptoms again. she I should probably see a doctor. the call center orginally told me this message was going to go to my doctors staff. It did not. I asked if I could make an appt, with my doctor. She said yes. made an appt. with my doctor. The person I spoke to was very nice it was not her that is the problem. it is the system that is bad. I have had this same problem at another Aurora facility. trying to just make an appt. is a joke. I now just go over to the facility and make the appt. in person. I am not alone in this battle friends and family tell me the same stories. Thank you just thought you should know.
The provider is excellent. My only concern is the new phone system. I don't like the automated system and had to wait on hold before I could make my appointment.
I like everything about Dr Schneider office but the switchboard staff could use some manners. The woman I talked to was very short and not terribly helpful

Dr. Schneider always spends enough time with me to cover all of my concerns/questions.
