I do appreciate the flexibility of my primary care doctors office. I was 10 minutes late, but luckily completed the pre-check medical questionnaire beforehand. Also really appreciated the doctor's office registering me ahead of time for a blood test.

I have been a patient of Dr. J. Chan for years. I stay with him and the Advocate Heath care system due to the excellence of staff and the ability to provide services always with compassion and smiles.
