I was greeted with a smile. I was asked how I was feeling today. I felt genuinely cared about and cared for. I actually look forward to my next appointment because of how well I'm treated there. And when I talk about a new health concern my doctor takes notes, asks me questions and then tells me what to do and how he will help.
