Your app is the worst. I leave messages for my doctor with important information and I can see frequently they haven't even read the message weeks later. When I called the office many times and left detailed messages and I ask for a call back they leave me a message on the app asking me the same information that I just related to the phone operator it takes app so much time and half the time they don't even get back to me afterwards the app and getting ahold of my doctor is terrible
Dr.Chimino always thoroughly checks us and spends a lot of time answering our many questions and requests completely and thoroughly. Always a pleasure to we him for our annual appointment and health check-up.

Difficulty reaching the office to speak with the doctor or nurse Although messages in the portal my Dr. Explains he does not receive. Triage is not efficiently reaching the MD.
My wellness exam went very well. But I was sent to the other end of the waiting area fora blood draw and was told someone would call my name. Waited over 45 minutes then had to ask someone to check why it was taking so long. They went to check and came back to tell me they hadn't been notified. Finally they took my blood. Sounds like break down in communication that needs some attention.
Dr. Chimino cares about his patients, he listens to what you have to say and how you feel. He is a very thoughtful doctor. I am very happy that I have him for mine.
Dr. Chimino is the best! My whole family sees him. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
