The medical assistant can work on her demeanor. She had to be asked her name, and when she replied, she did not do so facing me. That is disrespectful and unprofessional. She also made it clear in her words and actions that things had to be rushed because we were running late for our appointment. We were held up at the front desk but we arrived 10 min before our appointment.

Dr. Chimino was the only friendly face I saw once I was brought into a room. The nurse that took my info was not friendly but very brusque. The EKG tech wasn't friendly either and she left my chest fully exposed while she left the room. I don't think this was very good patient care. If they're so unhappy, they should seek help. They don't belong in a position that deals with the public.
