Always a great experience with Dr Chimino, thorough, caring and friendly

Squeezed me in immediately when a problem in my health surfaced. Given plenty of time to help to resolve issue and a follow-up plan of action, going forward.

Doctor Chimino is wonderful he takes the time to listen to me and explains things so that I could understand them .

Dr.Chimino is always available to guide me with problems and concerns. He is thorough and takes his time during my visit. Dr.Chimino is kind, gentle, and always easy to talk to. I feel so fortunate to have such a caring man as my Internist.

It was good as I got a review of my physical condition

The care and followup were great! I retired from Advocate a couple of years ago. It was a difficult time with Advocate missing the revenue target by $1B per month. The finance department initiated work rules that were difficult and put health care workers in a position that seemed to me to put work ahead of family. Maybe this works in the short term but as a long term solution, will not inure to Advocate/Aurora/Atrium's benefit. When "crunch time" ends, the "family first" corporate mentality will always be the best strategy. Work hard! But not at the expense of worker burnout.
