I am very happy with my Doctor, he is very good. My issue is that when a prescription needs refilling, by the pharmacy, the staff doess not respond in a timely fashion. I often have to follow-up with a call to 800 number or ask on the portal, to please respond to the request to refill. My issue is with the staff and flow and promptness of the pharmacy request. Very frustrated, as the patient, I am caught in the middle between the pharmacy and the medical staff and it is stressful not to get my refill without delay and me following up.
