Definitely best MD I ever had.

Dr. Chimino and Lutheran General Hospital are great and always take care of us. Your telephone system and live well app are terrible. I had to go to a clinic instead of speaking to my doctor because of your terrible message system. This has happened 3 times in the last year. It takes up to 48 hours for someone to get the message thru? I have a doctor, why should I have to go to a clinic instead of speaking with him. It always takes 4 or 5 phone calls and messages to get thru to him. WHY? I know of 5 people who have had the same experience with your live weel app and phone service.

He is an awesome caring provider. Knows your medical history well and listens and advises.
