My one issue is in regards to the emails sent to me regarding check in. Your current process can be confusing. Especially if it is an older person that may be having confusion or other difficulties. The process that I went through led me to question whether or not my appointment was still scheduled. Very frustrating. Not presented well. And I use email and text proficiently for my business.
The whole office and care givers are wonderful! Everyone is very professional and caring. The is a wonderful practice. I am thankful I am at this office.
