Paid close attention to my concerns and addressed them with some good advice

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I mentioned that my brother and family were in the line of fire from the hurricane Milton. In the notes from the appointment Dr Karas wrote the he hoped everyone was ok. That shows he was listening to me and that means a lot.
