Dr.Karas and his team/staff are the best that there is out there. He's like a real life super-man by making a positive impact on people's lives and giving me hope that I'll be healthy.We need more people like him in this world.

It's difficult to recommend a provider that is unavailable to see when you are ill. Dr. Karas is good when I see him annually for this Medicare visit and he's caring. When I was ill this summer I couldn't get in to see him. I saw a nurse practitioner, not the same. What's the sense of having a PCP that I can't see when I am ill?
