Dr. Karas was wonderful! He provided me some exercises to do for a knee injury and they immediately began to help by the end of the first day.

The annual physical examination is a lot less detailed than it has been in the past. The conversation was good however, the physical exam was primarily ears, eyes, nose, throat; listen to lungs. I definitely do not think it was due to the provider I believe that advocate healthcare has simplified the physical examination substantially. In the future, I will be looking for something more comprehensive to give me a better preventative plan.

The med assistant working with Dr Karas could work on being more empathetic with patients. I had an earlier first morning appointment, but was a few minutes late and she scolded me. This was my first time being seen in this location with the move of my provider to this location site. She went on to assume Dr Karas wouldn't fulfill my requests for my visit but he did. Dr Karas is wonderful.

Dr. Karas is very thorough and caring.

Dr. Karas is an excellent caring and knowledgeable doctor and I value him greatly.

While my interactions with the medical staff were excellent, I was frustrated with the experience at the lab. Long wait times and no check in staff

My physician is very nice to us. We never had complain with him. Somehow one of the nurse was so rude on phone about to get glucometer . We don't mid.

Staff was professional and saw me right away. Dr. Karas was kind, listened to me and answered my questions as best he could. Also made me comfortable about contacting him immediately if there was any change
