This was my first time visiting the facility and I haven't been to West Bend in many years, so I was a bit nervous and got lost. Clinic staff were very helpful, staying on the phone with me all the way to the clinic parking lot. I was able to complete my appointment. They even provided directions back out to the highway for my return home. I was able to relax and enjoy the fall colors. Thank you so much!
