I am always attended in a timely matter, it is a relief to have a doctor who is always on time and actually listens
Dr. Stimer listens to my wife and I and addresses each of our individual concerns. He has caused us to be glad we chose Advocate.
It was my first time going to a doctor in a long while. I felt relaxed during my visit and comfortable to talk with my care provider.
My appt was at 2:30pm but I wasn't seen until 3:05pm. I was asked the same questions by the attending as I was minutes later by the doctor. This was an annual physical but the exam took 5 mins and he just checked my heart and breathing for 5 mins. Nothing else was checked. Total time for the exam = 15 mins. Would prefer more time and things checked for my annual exam.
This was my first visit to this practice so the doctor couldn't have known about my history or conditions. They are working to gather records from my Virginia doctors and we'll give it a try. It's hard to relocate after 30 years!

I would like to know why Advocate refuses to let me pay the copay on the date of my visit. Advocate will then send me a bill months later with very little information on what it is for. I find this very confusing and I would like to know why Advocate came up with this idea.
The provider was informative and provided me with the referral I requested.

I have nothing but respect for Dr Stimer and the attention he and his staff give me. However the advocate call center needs attention. Only downfall in my experience with your organisation.
