When I have been at this clinic everyone has been very kind and helpful. (From the office staff to the medical staff)

The people that work I think are very nice and knowledgeable and if they are not sure about something they know someone to refer you to so you can get better.

Jonathan went above and beyond to consult with an Aurora Baycare Ortho colleague to get me in to see seen for a right hip concern the same day I was seen by him. He assured me that he had time to do this for me to expedite treatment of my presenting concern. I felt "heard" and out action to words as far as getting me the expertise needed to address my concerns.

All in all, it was a positive visit. There are some unknowns that we are working to identify, and I am good with that.

Jon Jandrin is a great addition to your staff. Knowledgeable, personable, great communicator. Goes the extra mile providing service. A keeper!
