He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options. He listened to me carefully and was very forthright. He also worked a schedule that was best for me.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:10am. I was not seen until 12pm causing me to miss another appointment I had scheduled elsewhere at 1pm. Side from that, Dr Pond is a wonderful Doctor!

Your hospital is way better than Grafton. The people are more friendly all the way around. Do things in a timely manner, and explain things more thoroughly. Keep up the great work
