This was my first appointment with this doctor. Dr Lester was very kind and professional, listened to my concerns and discussed all options before coming to an agreement in a treatment plan.
Dr Lester is an awesome surgeon and will surely recommend him to anyone needing care. Dr Lester's team is great!
I was told the price for procedure was $78. I was charged 3 times that amount. I will seek other providers.

Dr Lester is not my primary care doctor, so I might not expect his office to advise on weight. My primary care physician is doing that. Dr Lester has made our course of treatment very clear for expected results and the next course of action when shots stop providing adequate relief.

The doctor told me be would order therapy and if the therapy did not eliminate my pain I could come back for a shot. This seemed clear. When I spoke to the receptionist in Sports medicine. She asked me if I wanted an appointment with an occupational therapist. I was surprised she wasn't offering me a physical therapist and ask her to check doctor's order. She did and said doctor did not specify the type of therapy (physical or occupational). I thought this was odd and felt uncomfortable at the lack of clarity on doctor's part.
Dr. Lester is friendly and professional. What l liked best is that he told me what he was thinking and explained his thought processes in deciding the next steps to take for my shoulder issue. I like lots of detail, so this was golden for me! He made sure that I could see my Xray images as he pointed out the highlights. He seemed to welcome my comments and questions. A very pleasant and informative first appointment.
