Although I was late arriving in the office due to parking issues, the staff worked hard to ensure I could still be seen. Once I was in the back to see the doctor he was very thorough and advised me of what steps to take to help resolve my issue and made me feel like he was eager to help by offering tips to get seen by him sooner for a follow up appointment.
