My consult was rescheduled 4 times and eventually wound up being a phone call. As a result, additional procedures (which I was told would be an option) were unavailable. After a LOT of confirmations, reminders about being there early and multiple requirements to check in, my surgical appointment then started late due to a staff meeting. I can understand other procedures running long but a staff meeting doesn't meet that criteria. Everyone is busy, but this practice should show more respect for our time too.
