The provider experience was excellent, however when it came time for lab work, we waited for 30 minutes. The front desk girl had to call back to the lab and ask why we were waiting so long. We were taken shortly after and the lab girl said that her partner apparently clicked on my mother to take her and then left. Thank you to the very nice PSR. Not sure what happened with the Lab.
