We are very pleased because I was listened to carefully, I received clear answers and enough time to talk without rushing.
I like Dr Pentala but wish there wasn't always a long wait to see her. If she is spending more time with other patients who need it that is understandable but I don't know what the reason is.
Dr. Pentala is an excellent skilled Physician. She has vast experience and great knowledge of the medical industry. She always listens thoroughly to me and answers my questions. She knows my health history. She is most pleasant to speak with and I am confident in her guidance of my health care well being.

I felt that the doctor was not empathetic towards the reason for my visit. If anything, I felt a negative vibe. I felt this vibe 6 months ago when I saw her. I had hope that she was just having a bad day but now two visits and I feel the same way. I've been seeing Dr. Pentala for years and her bedside manner is different. I mentioned that I started walking a mile 3x a week and her response was that isn't going to make an impact. So much for encouraging good habits. Prior to that I mentioned that I started using Himalayan salt. Her response was salt is salt. Previous visit she suggested I start a plant base diet, which I stated by cutting meat by 80%. Now she suggested I eliminate carbs. While I understand her suggestion, I don't feel like she understands how difficult it is to lose weight. I need encouragement and validation and not dismiss the positive changes I am making.
Dr. Pentala is the best doctor ever. Shes kind, caring & very knowledgeable. I would not trade her for anyone else. She is very, very special.
Phlebotomist very patient with me and listened to my concerns about being a hard draw. She did wonderful!
The provider experience was excellent, however when it came time for lab work, we waited for 30 minutes. The front desk girl had to call back to the lab and ask why we were waiting so long. We were taken shortly after and the lab girl said that her partner apparently clicked on my mother to take her and then left. Thank you to the very nice PSR. Not sure what happened with the Lab.
