Some clarification on prep for getting to the session would be helpful. Particularly for those of us who are not too "tech-savey". Actual time with Dr. Pentala went well.

Dr. Pentala is always thorough and caring. She created room in her schedule when I messaged her via the live well app about my concern. The office told me she was booked and I could only be referred to a GP family doctor that I have never seen before. I knew I needed her to see me or at a minimum, a referral to a specialist. I was immediately scheduled for a visit with her. She is definitely invested in her patients health.
