After the appointment I went out to the lobby to schedule my next follow-up appointment in 6 months. The person who does that was busy with someone else, so I waited for about 10 minutes. When she was done with the person I went back up to the counter but the clerk walked away without saying anything. The other clerks were sitting there talking to each other and ignored me. I had to just leave and made my appointment on the phone today. Also I was told by the doctor that I could get my blood test but I was told by someone while waiting to schedule my appointment that the person who does that went home early. Not a good experience with the lobby staff...

She is the best provider!

Dr. Pentala was very curteous. She fid not seem rushed at all. She was very precise. But, she was wearing a mask and I did have a little trouble understanding her.
