I had to have an EKG and it took 3 staff members and 2 machines for them to get one. It took way too long for an in office EKG over 35 minutes. This happened 2 years ago to me also. 2 years ago they even had me move to another room and still could not get one. I had to go downstairs to get it completed. This is not very satisfactory for a patient. I would think after 2 years your EKG equipment would be working. I will say the 3 staff members were very professional and freindly. When getting a EKG I don't think the stress about the machine not working and laying almost naked on a table helps the text results in a positive way.
